When companies are faced with sudden and unplanned changes, it can take time to process them and decide on the next steps. It may also be suitable to quickly bring in an experienced manager who can take care of maintain efficiency and look after the employees of the relevant unit.

At Mintos consulting, we have extensive experience in the management and control of units and offer managers for rent, for example while looking for a new long-term manager, or when organizational changes need to be completed where a temporary manager is needed. A temporary manager can also be a good option when fitting new units within a company and to start sustainable groups in a more efficient process than before.
