ABOUT US
The name of the company, Mintos, takes its name from Barbara Minto, who is one of the pioneers in the consulting industry. Among other things, she was the first female consultant with a university degree hired by McKinsey & Company, one of the world's best-known consulting firms. Barbara Minto is therefore a great role model, but in those days it was extremely rare for women to get a job in consulting.
At Mintos, our primary values are to provide service that is reliable and high quality. We are honest and open in communication.

BJÖRK BEN ÖLVERSDÓTTIR
Owner and consultant
Björk is a computer scientist with a BSc. degree from Reykjavík University. She has completed the APME course and IPMA's D-certification in project management. Björk has 20 years of experience in IT, mainly in the Icelandic banking system in the field of financial markets and asset management. In recent years, Björk worked as an expert and project manager in asset management at Isavia. Björk is also a mindfulness teacher and has focused on incorporating it into her daily routine and activities. Björk has extensive experience and knowledge in project management, teamwork, data analysis, risk analysis, change management and business processes, quality issues, strategic planning and workplace culture.

ÍRIS DÖGG KRISTMUNDSDÓTTIR
Owner and consultant
Íris is an electrical and computer engineer with an MSc. degree in International Technology Management from Aalborg University in Denmark. She has also completed a diploma program in teaching studies from the University of Iceland and an ICF certified coaching program. Íris has 13 years of work experience in IT, most of which as a manager in the financial sector. She has been working as a management consultant for the past three years, but before that she worked in Advania's business solutions division as a technical director, at Kvika bank as director of the IT department and at Íslandsbanki as department head of frontline services and operations manager of technical services. Íris has extensive experience and knowledge in management, project management, change management, risk analysis as well as analysis and improvement work related to processes, strategic planning and workplace culture.
